>> Wednesday, December 30, 2009

Who doesn't want to be a mirror cracker and notch up the drool quotient? Don't you want to witness a supple and youthful skin every day in the mirror? The answer is a corny "Yes". Rigorous health and beauty regime will surely turn you into a diva of sorts or a head-turner, but you branch off from the routine and the charm wanes. We direly need something that can do the trick in no time at all, right? Then, water therapy should be your mantra, your key to a beautiful "you".  READ MORE

The water therapy was a treasured Japanese secret until the cat was out of the bag! Gulping down water just after waking up should be the first criteria in your morning rulebook. It will do you tonnes of goodness if you can consume one and a half liter of water in empty stomach. I know it would be initially a helluva task to soak up so much water if you are not a pro at it. If you ask me I would suggest that 'go slow' should be your strategy. It would be  a game if you kickstart with a little more than your usual intake, the day you earmark to begin your water therapy. Then, everyday raise the quantity steadfastly. But ensure to get to the milestone, which is one and a half liter.

The next ground rule that you need to watch out for is to keep away from binging anything for that matter. I know you can leash yourself for at least 45 minutes for the sake of robust health and beauty, right? When your watch tells you that you are way ahead of the threshold time, you can chomp off to your heart's content. Ahoy! It's not over yet. The therapeutic tasks are not meant to bottleneck you or get in the way of your daily schedules. Even if you are on the run or if your hands are tied down with important chores, just remember that you can slurp water within 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch or dinner. After the first quarter, you can again have water after two hours break. Not a single drop of aqua in between. Yes, to this you have to hold onto religiously in order to see conspicuous effect.

Water is not only life-giver but also a beauty enhancer. Would you get any such treatment or therapies on the face of the earth that doesn't cost you a red cent? I know, we all shell out water tax for the supply we receive. The lion share of the water, we disburse our pockets for, is wasted in toiletry and household tasks. Alarming, right? And not a pie would aggravate if you utilize water for swilling down the body toxins.

Not without any rhyme or reason do the Chinese and the Japanese gulp down steamy hot cuppa of tea immediately after they have had their major meals. Yes, you read it right. I am not talking about cold water. In my opinion it is the right time we emulate this drinking pattern before and after gorging food. We don't stand to lose out anything, rather we would be alleviating a lot of the diseases we suffer from. For all you 'health and beauty addicts', this actually goes out to you. Drinking cold water coagulates the fatty acids and lipid contents of food. Thus, it slows down the rate of digestion, hindering dissolution of oils and fatty acids. This mounds them up as body fat and forms a 'sludge' to line up the intestines.

Stave off the following diseases by befriending water therapy:
  • High blood pressure
  • Gastric
  • Diabetes
  • Constipation
  • Cancer
  • Tuberculosis
  • Arthritis
  • Obesity
  • Rheumatism
  • Sinusitis
  • Lukemia
  • Asthama
  • Bronchitis
  • Rectal Piodapse
  • Laryngitis
  • Urinogenital diseases
  • Menstrual irregularities
And the list is endless! Be vigilant and consume at least three liters of water going by the book as I shared with you before. don't wear your patience on the sleeves. Hold on and continue this water therapy for three weeks and you are sure to rise as a new phoenix from your own ashes. You will manifest a dazzling you surfacing from inside. Brace yourself  for the impeccable radiance that no beauty products can offer you.

Word of caution: Friend, if you are suffering from water retention, don't forget to consult your doc before you join this bandwagon. This water therapy might not be your cup of tea!
